What do you need to know?
These are the normal terms and conditions for purchase of residential accommodation from the Fonds du Logement :
- The contract normally covers sale of the structural accommodation and a 99-year lease on its share of the site on which the building stands. This exempts the purchaser from payment of Land Tax
- The purchaser undertakes to occupy the accommodation him- or herself for a period of not less than 10 years.
During this period he or she may neither sell not let the accommodation without the prior consent of the Fund for moderately priced residential accommodation
