How can the Fund's services be used?

The Fund is the public promoter created under the Act of 25 February, 1979 providing assistance in acquiring residential accommodation and receives state subsidies for building projects destined for sale:

50% of the architects' fees and infrastructure costs are borne by the state and not recovered through the selling price despite the fact that the purchasers receive housing subsidies.

Moreover, in an effort to enable larger numbers of people to acquire property, the Fund remains the owner of the land on which the accommodation stands.
The Fund makes the site available to the purchaser on a 99-year lease.
In this way, the purchaser avoids the obligation to pay Land Tax.
