The Fund is administered by a Management Committee with twelve members, constituted pursuant to the provisions of the amendment of 25 February 1979 to the Housing Subsidies Act and representing the state, the trade unions and the employers' associations. The Management Committee is chaired by a representative of the member of the government responsible for social housing who represents the Fund in its public and private actions. As of 01 May 2003, the Fund was employing 28 persons working in three departments. In addition to this team, the Fund also has around fifteen external support staff (porters and contact persons) stationed at the sites. The three departments have the following functions:

Project Development: responsible for architectural and technical design of the projects and subsequently for the building sites.

Customer Service: responsible for customer reception, letting, sales and social services.

|
General Administration: responsible for accounts and a facility management service which is subdivided into a technical and a financial section.
