Leasehold property rights are a temporary, unrestricted, effective right to real estate belonging to another person subject to the proviso that the real estate's value is not thereby diminished and to payment of an annual charge in cash or kind called ground rent.

Living rights Living rights are the right granted to a specific person to use a given residential unit according to his needs and the needs of his family.
