How can the Fund's services be used?

the largest stock of social residential accommodation in the country.
Throughout the country as a whole, it makes a total of 1,279 residentialunits available to people earning modest incomes.
In order to comply with the legal requirements applying in these cases,
the Fund naturally has apartments which may contain up to 4 bedrooms,
but also houses more suited to the needs of large families.
All this accommodation is rented in accordance with the provisions of the
Grand Ducal Regulation of 16 November 1998 setting out executive instructions
for application of the legal provisions relating to rented housing accommodation,
house-building subsidies and leasehold land and buildings stipulated in the
amendment of 25 February 1979 to the Housing Subsidies Act.
