As of 31 December 2002, the Fund's stock of residential accommodation for letting totalled 1402 units and included studios, apartments (with between 1 and 4 bedrooms) and single-family houses.

The Fund also has 82 units spread across the urban areas reserved for political refugees and immigrant workers.

The Fund's accommodation for letting is at present spread across 24 municipalities, but the capital city and the municipalities in the southern part of the country, being more densely populated, account for more than half the total quantity.
As far as sales are concerned, the total number of residential accommodation units placed on the market by the Fund as of 31 December 2002 was 960.
As with the accommodation for letting, these are spread across the country but with higher concentrations in the capital city and the municipalities in the southern part of the country.
